Join us for our annual wellness event for busy ladies to come and de-stress! This free event is part of Flourish Together, a community initiative focused on promoting mental health, wellbeing, and connection through shared experiences and local partnerships

This event falls on Mother’s Day weekend, but it’s not just for moms—it’s for any woman who could use a little time to breathe, move, and refill her cup.
Please come dressed comfortably for gentle movement, and be prepared to sit on the floor or in a folding chair during sessions. Location: Marimo Dance Studio- Franconia, NH
